Refund Policy — DiDio Media Academy

We stand behind the Academy with a 60-day, action-based money-back guarantee.

Because the Academy is a digital program, our guarantee is tied to doing the
work — not just watching. If, within 60 days of your purchase, you have gone
through the first track and genuinely applied it to your channel or ministry
and it hasn't helped, email us at [contact@didiomedia.org] with a brief note on
what you tried. We'll refund your payment in full.

We ask that you show you did the work (completed the first track and put it into
practice) so we can make the guarantee fair to everyone. Refund requests made
after 60 days, or without having gone through the material, fall outside this
guarantee.

Physical products sold in our store are covered by a standard 30-day return
policy — contact us and we'll take care of you.
